Because sprites _must_ have big, black strokes. Ahh.. The good old Commodore 64 days ;-)

kaos, if you look closely you see dark brown (Viking sprite) and dark grey (Eyeball) stroke right where black starts.
This has been bugging me the whole day.
I mean, if you have a decent dark stroke why bother, go on, and put a second coat with black? Like, I mean, there is no need for that.
Take a look at the coin sprites.. do you know what I mean, jelly bean?
